Burntwood Spraybooths have redesigned their entire ‘Commercial’ Spraybooth range and now offer, as
standard, new design features, all carefully thought out to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Burntwood’s design personnel, assisted by the very latest in CAD technology, produce layouts based on such factors as available workshop space and required throughput of vehicles. A large number of design variations
can be accommodated. Major options iinclude:
Commercial Spray Booths Construction and Finish
Insulated or un-insulated double skin panels, galvanised or colour coated to any colour the client wishes.
Heating Medium
Indirect oil, gas or direct gas firing.
Heating Plant Positioning
At the side of the unit or, if space is restricted, on the roof.
Extraction Systems (as illustrated)
Dry Filter via floor excavations or side extraction boxes. An
underbody painting facility can be incorporated within the main
extraction pit to allow spraying of vehicle chassis/underbody.
Main Doors
Power operated roller shutter doors or slide and fold doors.
Siting
Commercial units can be sited within the existing bodyshop or
externally when the unit would be designed with weatherproof
cladding, again in a colour of the clients choice or to match existing
livery.
Configurations
‘'Drive Through’ units enabling a steady flow of work through the
bodyshop. Also units can be split into two independently operating
units by means of central doors within the unit.
Lighting
Optimum lighting conditions are afforded by the high or low level lighting within the unit.
